The Villa has a pleasant and large terrace and garden area, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outdoors, as well as a barbecue. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.
The chalet has the ground floor at the same level as the garden area.
The kitchen is open to the living room, and also receives plenty of light, as well as a good view of the garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, vitro, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, etc. It has an island, where you cook, and at the same time, you can drink a wine, since it has two stools around it. From there, you access a small laundry room, where the washing machine, dishwasher, and other belongings are located.
Before going up to the first floor, we have a toilet that serves this floor, without the need to climb stairs.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom that serves the other two rooms.
The house is a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the bay of Alcudia, which has a beautiful pine forest that reaches down to the sand. It also has a large supermarket a few meters away, restaurants and all the services to be able to do cycling and any sport, such as canoeing or paddle boarding, since there is a navigable lake, also a few meters away, which also offers a pleasant walk.
